After your teeth are scaled and cleaned, a gum barrier is applied to your visible teeth on your upper and lower jaw. This is a 20 minute process that is done in two sessions. During this process, the light source and our gel make the discolorations in the teeth disappear for a long time. After the whitening process is done, the gel is cleaned, and the barrier is taken off. Provided this process is done in the clinic, there are no adverse effects. We use the finest quality, FDA approved gels.
